Plug-ins. Remember the plug-ins also need to uses your internet connection
to grab its data and load it. You could cut back on how many plug-ins you
are loading or simply hide the plug-ins.November 24, 2006 at 3:13 pm #154669exscalibur99MemberI already disable all the plugin, but still the same.. before this it loads faster.. hmm I dunno what would make this happened
November 25, 2006 at 1:33 pm #154661DermotParticipantwhat connection setting is your messenger set to?
what connection do you have and do you have ie 7.0?
may be some script errors with script debugging off
do you have the latest shockwave flash?

yes, I also Installed ie7 and already installed the latest Flash 9.0 player..
.. and I think it is not a RAM issue..
Here my comp. spec:
AMD64 3200+ s939 venice
512x2MB RAM
Nvidia 6800GT
WinXP Pro SP2+hmm I think there maybe something that gotta do with Ie7.. but I dunno what it is..
..ok thanks for ur help…November 26, 2006 at 4:24 pm #154667tim2679MemberTry changing your skin to Classic. It could just be that it is having a hard time
applying the skin. Classic does not take long to load is it does not have any
xml and images to load for the skin. If it still takes as long as it did before then
its not an issue in the way Yahoo applys the skin(s).November 26, 2006 at 7:23 pm #154663imported_Ven0mMemberIt could most definitely have something to do with IE7. Did you notice the problem after installing IE7? If so, uninstall Yahoo completely, then reinstall it.
I’ve noticed several little bugs with IE7, so it’s really no surprise. 😉
November 27, 2006 at 3:16 pm #154662DermotParticipantTo be honest i got ie 7.0 when i got the latest messenger , yahoo! offer it with yahoo! toolbar of course and i had nothing but problems so i went back to IE 6.0 with the latest messenger and have no problems whatsoever.
I keep getting disconnected every few minutes and messenger would just crash for no reason whatsoever and the messenger form would load as a white form when loading, wasnt pretty at all.
