MemberRecently, my Yahoo Messanger images/emoticons cannot be shown (all become an “X” box).
I wonder this has to do with the javascript or css issue. As in my IE6, some webpages also cannot be shown correctly, without all the decoration, just plain text.
Some times, when I shut down the Yahoo Messenger, it will prompt an error:
“
An error has occurred in the script on this pageLine: 482
Char: 3
Error: ‘g_controller’ is null or not an object
Code: 0
URL : file://C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataYahoo!MessengerPlugindc565e62-019b-4901-6572-276f51cc8050.yplugincalendar.htmlDo you want to continue running scripts on this page?
“What can I do to rectify this problem? Please help. Thank you.

ParticipantLooks like a script error issue with a plugin
In Internet explorer go to Tools the Internet Options
Go to Advanced tab and make sure the following two options are TICKED
Disable Script Debugging (Internet Explorer)
Disable Script Debugging (Other)Then press Apply then OK
Try also disabling that specific plugin also.

MemberThis happens a lot with a couple plugins. For example, if you use the iTunes plugin, then suddenly close iTunes as the plugin is running, a script error will be displayed.

Keymastertry reinstall Yahoo Messenger. It maybe that file://C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataYahoo!MessengerPlugindc565e62-019b-4901-6572-276f51cc8050.yplugincalendar.html has some how become corrupt. This may of happened on a unsuccessful plugin download.
Easier way is to go into file://C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataYahoo!MessengerPlugin and delete this folder. dc565e62-019b-4901-6572-276f51cc8050.yplugin then reinstall the plugin.
You could just remove the Calendar Plugin from your Messenger but if i was in your position i would do both.
If you cant access that folder go into your control panel and click on folder options > Go to View and check Show Hidden Files and Folders. 🙂
If the problem is not resolved it maybe a plugin bug.
