Hi,
I have Yahoo messenger 5.6 on a Windows 98 machine. I also have Zone Alarm installed. Sometimes Zone Alarm tells me that Yahoo messenger is trying to send email messages and it lists the application as Ypager.exe. I refuse every time.Is this normal or is some hacking activity going on?
Thanx.

It may seem hard, but we prefer all answers to be addressed on the forum. If you must use IM, at least post a follow-up outlining what you did to solve the problem.
Chat_tot – it may help if you could post the exact wording of Zone Alarm’s warning message. As far as I know, Ypager does not have any email capabilities short of checking if there are any new messages in your Yahoo! Mail, so I find it unlikely that it would be trying to send email. Any additional info you can post would be great.

just let it thru and messenger will login properly.
