Does Trillian really work in times like this?
June 21, 2006 at 6:20 pm #146676StrigoiMemberYeah Trillian does seem to be handling the situation better than Yahoo messenger. One reason for doing so might be that Trillian is not using the same servers the US YM uses. But anyway yeah i can log into YM now but geez how can you keep it from crashing all the time??And that Beta 8 version,WHAT A JOKE!Anything you click in it will make it crash instantly!I mean please explain to me what it is so difficult in changing a picture???Anyway i’ve tried installing every possible version of YM today but they all crash at one point or another.I just hope the releasing of the new version means they’re finally getting somewhere and this ordeal will be over soon.I dont understand how can Yahoo have all these problems and MSN stay cool like nothing is even happening?

Thing is it will continue till they have both services running smoothly between each other as they are both automated services and need to be right or they know they will have to deal with hundreds of complaints and free services dont want that.
So i would not fret over problems at the moment till they are finished…if you drive off the end of an unfinished bridge you should have waited till it was finished first.
