Yahoo user picture url code?

I’ve noticed that on alot of pictures from yahoo they have a url like: http://us.f1.yahoofs.com/users/4089e9_b5d6/bc/Yahoo!+Photo+Album/12ka.jpg?ps259UABc_VfsiDG

what I noticed is the “4089e9_b5d6” will be consistant no matter which picture its going to if its from the same user. Hence “4089e9_b5d6” is some sort of numerical code for whoever the user is. What im curious about is can one figure out what the actual user name is from this number?

note: The number and such I used above is BS for an example
