Yahoo Voice server error

Can someone help me on the issue below:

I was not able to use voice with Yahoo messenger. Whenever I click on the voice button to enable voice chat, I will get “Connecting to audio server….” in the IM window and then my computer freezes…

I am using Motorola WR850G wireless router (My ISP is charter). So I tried to add port triggers for yahoo voice in my router. Now when I click the voice button, I am getting a error message
“Internal Server error. Cannot obtain voice token to start voice chat”

Has anyone experienced this problem and got a fix?

charter as been messin up a lot man..there blocking ports that yahoo uses to use voice b/c of the viruses out..
