…however I think this may be easier to solve…
i have recently got a new PC running windows XP.
when I try to change my secret question, password or profile, the page will never load, it starts but then just stops and will remain ‘white.’ everything else works fine. are there any settings that need to be changed?thanx
Could be your Internet Explorer settings. Try setting everything to default and lowering the security setting just to see.
You can also try it using Firefox. http://www.mozilla.org/
Also try the things in this.
I’m still awaiting a statement from Microsoft on this….
