YIM wont start :(

Hi all, I’ve been using YIM 11.5 for quite a while. All of a sudden when I try and run the application it wont start, I can see the process running in task manager, but the GUI never loads. I’ve uninstalled YIM, downloaded the installer. When I try and install it again the same issue occurs ???
All my other programs work fine it only seems to be related to YIM, would really appreciate any help!

O/S is Win 7 64 Bit.
