that “patch” is not this “patch” i want… *that* patch is for Female (i doubted my YM can use that… 🙂 ); plus i dont see any dl *link* for saving ymultipatch.zip from that site

I bet u had miss what coolguy replied after garlicCHIP’s post:
I went to above site and got a patch, but the patch was for BIRTH CONTROL, wow… Y! mess and birth control are related… cool

Geocities gets picky about how you connect to them, try right clicking the link and choosing ‘save as…’

thank you shifter, I downloaded yahoomulti.zip but it doesn’t work with 5.6
it’s for yahoo messenger 5.5 old version only 🙁
Any patch for actual version 5.6?

As far as I know there hasn’t been an updated patch for 5.6. If you need the multi use, you can download 5.5 from http://www.freecreed.com/ymsgr-archive.html

But be aware that Magic Login seems to contain a Trojan Horse by the name of PSW.Sagic.B Do you need multiclients bad enough to risk infection? Some say this detection is harmless, it may be. I won’t trust it though. Just a word of warning.

hey, I have that program.. Magic Login.. and I have the virus.. PSW.Sagic.B .. from what I can tell it doesnt do anything to your computer.. my computer is wicked slow.. but i am not sure if it was that way before i got magic login or not.. is there a way that any of you know of that I can remove it from my hard drive..my scanner picks it up but cant delete it because w/e file its connected to is important or something so it cant be deleted… can any of you help me? if so email me at geckoboy13@yahoo.com

If you do a search on all of the MAJOR antivirus vendors websites for psw.sagic.b you will find that it really does NOT exsist. This so called virus is the same one that allegedly is in yahoov11.dll There is no such virus in fact AVG which was the first AV packages to alert us to this doesn’t even have reference to the virus on thier website. Neither does Norton, Mc Afee or Bit Defender. I didn’t even bother checking AVAST or any of the others. This so called Virus isn’t actually a virus, although it’s being reported as a virus.

The reason it is being reported as a virus is quite simple. Yahoo has allot of money and they got with the AV vendors and said lets do something to stop booting. Idea lets say yahoov11.dll is a virus, lets say Majic Login is a virus. Notice you been runnong both for a long long time. Why now is is a virus. It wasn’t a couple months ago before Yahoo started thier anti-booting crusade. Check this it didn’t become a virus until Yahoo and the antivirus makers said it was a virus.
