Do you have an AOL account? Because if you do, you can select a smiley set on that and it will automatically set it as your default smileys.
Just forget the linking thing, why do you need 3 screennames anyway? If you want to be on 3 screennames just download an aim cloner. (aim+)
if you have aol and you started the chat then you have the ability to kick out whoever you want, if you dont have aol, have one of you close friends start the chat
if you want to keep an away message up for a longer period of time I recomend http://www.ai-buddy.com it has alot of ads and stuff but its better than nothing
most likely no. but if you use aol, and your screenname gets hacked on it automatically locks your account till you call them. this is very smart thing for aol to do!
i just use aim because thats was all of my friends use, once and a while I download a new version of something just to see what its like, but then it eventually just gets uninstalled, but I have a question…has anyone ever heard of sbc global instant messanger, cuz my friends that live far away have that and I really want to instant message them but I couldent find anything about it:confused:
Next time check the other forums for help before you post a new one:
https://bigblueball.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=11573i loved it, too bad they took it away, but I have aol on my other computer so I go on my screenname on it then change the smileys, then there the default ones! too bad they dont make them for just aim users
They Shouldent Necessarily Take “Linking” Away, But They Could Improve It By…. Possibly making tabs where you can sign on any screenname you want without having it permanitly linked together…
