I wonder why yahoo is not able to implement such easy features like a reliable archive viewer after so many years. Is it so hard to do it? I guess yahoo staff has lazy people.

Yeap, only in gmail account is working, still not implemented in google talk application. And in gmail chat is working only if you log in to improved version, not the old html.
