Some people have reported that closing their chat windows and starting over seemed to help speed up the process, but I think it’s simply the process of retrying until they are sent is what really counts.
I’m sort of confused….
It’s that I copy/paste the coe into a im window and send it to myself(so I dont piss anyone off sendind smileys all the time lol). In that window, the only that that the code puts up is a gray smiley, then hen i send it , that’s all that shows up. But i was messing with it and sent it to my gf, and the cow showed up on her end but not mine……
Also, you say that aol sends me the set or something….Does that mean that the smiley set appears in my edit preferences window for a different smiley set? That be fun to have a whole set to switch to :).
I really appreciate help, cuz this sounds quite fun to me.
Ok, I was playin with it, and it shows up on other peep’s stuff, but not mine, is it cuz of my aol version?(5.2.3292) or could it be im in a dorm off of ball state’s T1?…
I’m not quite understanding how to get these to work, I’ve tried copying and pasting the cow smiler(🙂) into an aim window and sending it MANY times, but it only sends a plain smiley…..I’ve read the opening paragraph multiple times, and I still don’t know what I’m doing wrong. DO I have to install anything, or am I putting it in the wrong place?
