Are you sure the information is held server side?

There are quite a number of .dat files containing binary information in the Application data folder (ListCache.dat looks promising). It would be easier for MS to apply basic encription to the orignal file rather than move the whole thing server side and have millions of users hitting the server with loads more requests.

Unfortunaly my bad habbit of not saving setup files means i can’t compare the file layout with version 6.

Anyone know a link to the offical msn tabs site? (if there is one). I want to see how bad the prices are.
