I worked with it a bit, and the error message I get says “Invalid E: Drive.” The only thing is that there is no E: drive on her computer. I tried some of the earlier fixes, but they don’t work, and I couldn’t find much on Microsoft’s Website. Does anybody have any information on the error message that says “Invalid E: Drive”, or better yet, how to fix it? Thanks!

Hey y’all! I am trying to get MSN Messenger 6.0 to work on my girlfriend’s laptop with no avail. She has XP Professional, and I tried running MSN Messenger Install, but the ever-deadly 1603 popped up. I received an error message saying something was wrong with the E: drive, but there isn’t one on her laptop. I read earlier here that I need to install Internet Explorer version 6, so I did that, but with no avail. It said that I might need to download a patch from Microsoft. I ran an automatic update from MSN, but that didn’t do the trick. I checked out Microsoft’s site, and there are dozens of patches, but I don’t know which one is the right one. Do any of y’all know? Post it on the forum. Thanks!
