Was it a really good screen name? If so, someone probably stole it, although mine have stopped working and required me to reset the pass before.
If so there’s not much you can do, except try again and hope for a secret Q&A. And if you do get it to work, you should definitely update all that info.
They do, but the policy was instated in early 2004… I don’t think it applies to any screen names created before the updated ToS in ’04, which sucks.
There’s a screen name I’ve wanted for a long time, and I haven’t seen it logged on in at least 8 years.

That happened to me a while ago, and then it just started working again… right now, it isn’t working.
I want to capitalize one of my screen names, no work. I’m thinking maybe it will work on a different computer?
I have no idea. But there is a screen name that’s been inactive for years that I want, and it’s not getting deleted. I think they should just delete every single screen name that hasn’t been used in 90 days.

If that’s the case, I see nothing wrong with it.I was initally under the impression that the execution itself was going to be shown, which in my opinion is wrong.
That happens to me all the time.
Usually if there’s something going on, I won’t find out and if I do I’m the last one.
