One thing I forgot to mention about the VBRun60sp5.exe and why I installed it is that when searching for solutions to get ViperBot running it said that the VBRun resolves most run-time error problems, not just the specific run-time error I was having.
Thanks once again for your help and for the welcome! 🙂Good news! I finally got the ViperBot running.
What I did was uninstall ViperBot from my add/remove programs and then deleted everything pertaining to ViperBot from my C drive and documents etc. I cleared my cache and did a disk clean up. At this point I downloaded VBRun60sp5.exe from Microsoft. I then installed the old version of ViperBot and then went to your updated ViperBot and downloaded and overwrote the old files. This did the trick for me.

However using the link you just provided in your reply did work and I have downloaded and installed all components. The bad news is, after bringing Vgrabber into our community room and then trying to bring Viperbot in I am still receiving the same intial error emssage. I can’t understand why this is happening.

I have tried to download and install ViperBot using the links from your last reply and have encountered difficulties at step 3-downloading MSN Chat Voxcc
When I click the link nothing happens. Could this be at my end or is it a broken link?
