Hi, great forum, I was having problems with no audio on my pc with MSN messenger 6.x. I followed the instructions on renaming the .dll files specified, uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version of MSN messenger, and disabling the qos packet scheduler. Worked great thanks!
NOW my dad has the same problem on his pc and I can’t recieve any audio from his end. I was able to get audio before, now he renamed the .dll files to .old, deleted and download the latest version of messenger and still no audio. The difference is that he has a dialup internet connection with Juno. Is this why he clicks on Network Connections nothing is present(network/internet connection) so there is no Qos packet scheduler to uncheck. He is running Windows XP and we know that the mike does work in the camera. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Carlo
