MemberYes, there is a way, take a look at AIM IP Logger at http://www.techtalk.l2p.net
Don’t mind the “Removed” page, its an April Fools joke, just move your mouse over the page, and a Continue button will appear.

MemberWell, the reason this works is because in AIM profiles, whenever it sees the symbol “%n”, it replaces it with the name of the person viewing the profile.
The link that they click looks like this: http://www.techtalk.l2p.net/insertip.php?user=bob&screenname=%n.Once someone views your profile, AIM replaces the %n with their screenname, which gets logged.
But with Yahoo, I am almost certain that that does not happen. You could easily put some link in the Yahoo profile that has the screenname equal Tim or something, and everyone that clicks the link would get logged as Tim with their ip address. So there would be no way of knowing who it was.

MemberWell, when I first started it all it did was log the people who clicked the link in my profile, and it was a simple list that showed the name and ip. The reason I did it was because there was some random person talking to me, and not telling me who they were. So I thought I could get them to click on my link, and some other peeps would too, so I could compare them. That person never did come back online though, so I never got their ip. But now people can use it for that reason, or whatever reason they want. Could be that they just wanna know what people look at their profile.
