:mad:I went through their process before purchasing their service and the test ringtone they provide worked well on my phone. BUT the purchased ones don’t. They blame the carrier and won’t issue a refund. I think it is your classic bait and switch. Their solution is that I should cancel my Verizon account and get a “better” carrier. This is a money making website, they are not about customer service and don’t seem to care if their customers are happy.
