Yes, thats what ive been trying to get to work.
Kept re-downloading it about once every 2 weeks or so, but it still does the same thingOh, sorry
i have windows xp and on sympatico high speed internet connection (supposedly 900 somewhat kb/s but i dont think thats right).I recieve the same error message that you get when you type in the wrong email or password:
Sorry, we could not sign you in due to one or more of the following:
-the sign-in name does not exist
-the password is incorrect

I am behind a firewall but i tried turning it off, both normally and through Ctrl+Alt+Delete
It is also not just my passport because my family has tried it also and it doesn’t work with thiers either.

I guess you could give it a go because 16kbs doesn’t seem right for a highspeed connection unless it’s only a 128kb connection.
Hope it’s somekins of help anyway.I went ot the website listed above and i have sympatico high speed edition: basic and it says that i can dl @ 949kb/s and ul @ 135kb/s
go figAny way i have the same problem and its pissing me off cause thats all i do is send and recieve big files like games and **** like that.
could someone help me?
