Thanks for all the information guys. I wonder if my online status hanging has something to do with DSL? I noticed that the friends and family it also happens to also have DSL. I wonder if there’s a connection. I tried going invisible first, then logging off, but no good. I asked a friend of mine what shows when I log out. He says messenger still shows me as online, but with an away message that says “Not at my desk”. He said when I log back in, the away message goes away. It’s so bizarre.
