Lib TK isn’t happy :o. Reinstall the Latest TK …or at least 8.4 (Which I think is the latest version anyway). Check out http://rpms.mandrakeclub.com/search.php?query=libtk for an RPM of LibTK. Either that or compile the TK libs yourself. Or you can just search the web for a version of LibTK for your version of Mandrake, as I’m not sure mandrakeclub.com has them for MDK 9 and all. Personally I prefer using GAIM to AMSN. GAIM has MSN/AIM etc. And it has a lot of plugins and spell checking and everything. http://gaim.sourceforge.net/

Mine is like that too. Its very odd that its not working for you, and you have reinstalled it. I would say contact microsoft about the problem, but it would take weeks for a reply. I’m at a loss, seeing as you seem to have exausted all avenues. 🙁

May I ask, how long have you had this problem? And for the sake of asking, what version of Windows do you have?
The Final release of Plus! 2.2 will be out in about 2 weeks, and hopefully, will have greater plugin capabilities, Patchou needs people to translate the Header files for the Plus! API into other languages. The Plus! plugin capabilities makes it the only plugin with plugin support for MSN Messenger. Also note that Custom contact names needs MSN 6 to work. Expect great things in the Final release, and maybe some new things or improvements to old features.
It would be impossible. The other person would have to download the icons, and thats not possible unless they click “Accept” or something. That would be quite a pain.

@ Jeff, That sounds like a great idea, however, how would it be done? Would it add (Plus!) to the end of your username or something? And then (Plus!) would be filtered out by Plus! Members? Sounds like a neat idea. Patchou is currently going to iron the bugs out of Plus! 2.10 and then he is going to take a break for a while (he deserves it). I will mention this feature to him, and maybe in the next version, he will add it. It seems like alot of people want that feature.
