When I click on da link 4 MSN 6.2, I get 6.1 :S

Do you you need to have da latest version of MSN messenger to download MSN 6.2? I have 6.1, but i’ve been having problems ever since da latest verion came everythime I download it I get da 1603 error.. n i’vetryed everything, now I cant sign in
Should I uninstall msn? n then download MSN 6.2?
