Memberhey Teal1413,
Assuming that this has nothing to do with you not knowing how to install it, but instead, after installing it, just not knowing how to use the thing. Well most of the addons I have downloaded came with a ReadMe file that would explain how to use the addon. That is one thing to check. Another possibility is to go into MSG Plus! preference menu, then look under the Plugins tab and make sure that your “Handwriting” plugin is check ON. Also at that time you might wanna click the Configure and check that out.
One last thing to try is, in a chat window, at the top where it says File, Edit, Actions, etc….go under Plus! and then scroll down to Plugins. In there should be a list of the plugins you have installed for MSN Messenger via message Plus!. You might find options or stuff to use with this handwriting addon.
I do not have this plugin myself but these are things to try with almost any plugin.
Good Luck!

Memberhey bigredbus,
Well I would think this has to do with a slow internet connection, because that was always my problem before stepping up to cable. Really, there isn’t much you can do. Slow interent means slow internet. Unless someone else has something to suggest, I don’t think there is a way outta this one. Sorry!

Memberhey cjay,
Please try to be more descriptive on your question. Tell us what doesn’t work and what you tried doing to help.
Anyways…do you me to tell us that, (using MSN Messenger) when you right-click on a contact and select “Properties”, the phone numbers do not show up? Even when you just went to Tools > Options and in the Option window you edit your phone numbers under the “Phone” tab? Is this what you are talking about?

Memberhey there bigredbus,
more information could be useful yet I think, however, just to clearify, when you say “sounds” you mean voice chat….right?
If so, then do you only hear “spits and spurts” of the sound or does your friend too? Or just him?We all know dialup can be rather slow, and that will not help your situation with your sounds, if thus is the problem of course. Trying to keep your internet activity to a minimum while having voice or video conference is a good idea in possibly helping out this problem. Try to keep downloads and websurfing down. Also, maybe close off some programs on your computer that use the internet.
These are just suggestions, if this is the problem. If not, please try giving more information. Perhaps consider trying to search for through the forums for a similar topic, and you might just find an answer to your question in there.
Hope this fixes it tho:)

Memberhey there Decile,
have MSG Plus!?? Well if you don’t, then you should:p, simply because the fact that it is the greatest addon to MSN Messenger ever, and yet it only gets better with each update!
Anyways, MSG Plus! keeps track of information for each of your contacts such as when he/she was last online, last chat with you, when he/she logs on/off or changes their name.
I think MSG Plus! is just the thing you are looking for;) and you can get it here.
And if you already have MSN Plus! then let us know and one of us will be glad to explain how to check your contact information.

MemberHey there,
detn8r is absolutely right in my opinion. I am thankful he showed up this link, this autocomplete emoticon thingy was bugging me and now I have him to thank because I can put an end to that annoying thing. Thanks a lot man!

MemberHey miroke,
Does this problem only happen to you with your email address on MSN Messenger or with everyone?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling MSN Messenger? That usually seems to help. If not, perhaps trying running a ad-aware and spyware remover like Ad-Aware or Spybot ‘Search And Destroy’?? Just a few thoughts on possibly solving this problem.fiebs101
MemberHey there TROY,
Are you sure none of mail is going into Junk Mail or Trash? Try checking out your junk mail filter and custom filters to see if they are redirecting your mail to somewhere else within your hotmail. And if you are really stumped, why not just make a new email address? It is just one easy way out:p
*EDIT*
Sorry MiamiGuy, didn’t mean to reply right after you with a relatively similar reply. Didn’t see yours till after I submitted mine.fiebs101
MemberYes Deadeye,
having slower internet like 56k will make the sound choppy. Same for webcam, there will be a slower frame rate. These problems will be worse when you have other things going on the go like downloads and even chatting to other people. Just try to keep your internet activity low and it should help. Wouldn’t hurt to get high speed tho :p

Memberhey mdande
Are you sure you know the difference between Windows Messenger and MSN Messenger? If so then we don’t have to worry about explaining it.;)
In Windows Messenger main window, go Tools > Options In the option menu go Preferences and make sure that the following are not checked:
-Run Windows Messenger when Windows starts
-Allow Windows Messenger to run in the backgroundAnd that should take care of Windows Messenger from starting up and signing you in while being “Invisible”. As for MSN Messenger being invisible, check to see if its actually being hidden in your System Tray area.
Hope this helped.

MemberHey there penguinjci,
this was in the MSN Messengers FAQ’s page of BigBlueBall
Q: How can I get more than 150 people on my buddy list?
A: You can’t.Seems like the best solution is to make a new email account. Hope this helped

Memberhey there Alianeblue.
Even if you don’t know what it is, it is worth the download :p. It is the best made addon to MSN Messenger! It can enhance your instant messaging chats incredibly! Just download it for yourself and find out! We have ALL to thank Patchou and his team for the worlds best, and not to mention FREE, addon!
Here are a few different places you can look at to help get a feel of MSN Plus![/b]You can visit MSN Plus! Home Page
You can view Messenger Plus! 3 BETA Review! (pictures)
Or you can look at the quick feature list here:
(no pictures)You can read peoples opinion on it in this thread:
**Important Note On Installation**
During installation, the installer will prompt you to pick either:“I ACCEPT, install Messenger Plus! with the sponsor program”
OR
“I refuse, do not install the sponsor program”If you ACCEPT then this sponsor program will show ads on your computer and will also change your internet browser’s start page.
Many people find this to be very annoying how spyware ends up on their computer and blame it on MSN Plus! while it is their choice to add the sponsor program. Many don’t realize that it is their choice to add it. If by chance should you install the sponsor program and wish to remove it after….please read the instructions on doing so given by EvilSeph in this thread:
