I see you have a Install problem… I think you should try to Uninstall all you MSN Stuff so there not are anything with MSN… And which Windows do you have tell me and i can help you…. trough the rest…

Have you downloaded MSN 6.0 (ME)… because there are different kinds of MSN 6.0… because Microsoft got E-MAils about MSN Problems so they Relased MSN 6.0 (xp) MSN 6.0 (me) and MSN 6.0 (pro)…You can tjeck This Out….

Example if you have MSN 6 and your friends have 5 or lower sometimes Can´t MSN Connect to a lower MSN…No almost all kind of E-Mails can be used to MSN Messenger…
