no, we have no any patch wich will undo this patch, because the main rule before patching smth is: create a backup before patching smth2 all others
i advice you to create a backup of icq.exe and ICQProLib.dll before patching icq pro 3916 using this patchyes

1) winXP do not have regedt32
2) regedit allows to choose security level for section in registry but do not allows to choose security level for fixed registry keysdo not advice you to download it now because it have a lot of bugs and not all features are working

there are no cracks because Mirabilis closed port on which ICQ 98 connected to serverbut there are a lot of patchs wich delete any ICQ ads
