MemberMy most painful experience ? I have been mostly lucky ….. however …. On New Years day in 92 I was up in the mountains sliding on truck innertubes, in the snow, down skid trails ( made by cats during logging) with huge water bars on them . everything was going ok until the snow had started to get slick as the afternoon sun started melting it. There were two waterbars on this particular run . .
weeeeee . . the first was the biggest one , I was laying on the innertube head first , I went over jump caught awesome air slowly turned in the air and landed on my right shoulder rather hard. that hurt a little bit – I had decided I wouldn’t go as high up on the trail as before. After I rested a while and started to get cold i walked up again and took off from a lot lower this time . . well as fate would have it I did same thing on the same shoulder again
right then and there I decided no more for me, the pain was terrible . somehow in my dazed thinking ( or lack of it) I decided to drag my feet and go very easy the rest of the way down, well at the bottom of the run was the last waterbar and smaller too , I went straight up and straight down head first into the snow my head and shoulder got stuck in the snow ( guess which shoulder? lol ) my neck muscles were severly strained and shoulder rotator cup was pushed down it became a major operation just to change posistions in bed .This is one of my worst experiences with pain which i am sure doesn’t even come close to some of yours

To live and have not tried new things is such a waste .

MemberQuote:quote: Kris…omg…I have been hooked on those all summer…every time I go into town I cannot come home without my brain freeze…Shear , I got hooked on those brain freezes when I was building Travis’s new house ( 2 years ago ) he gave us free brain freezes and cards for free Dutch Bro coffees (20). Wow those were the days ! Now I have to buy them – everytime I go to the one by BiMart they just hand me my freeze by the time I get to the driveup

My 2nd fav is the stuff I make at home lots of dark expresso beans fresh ground boiled for 8 mins. then I add lots of powdered creamer and about 2oz of Torano’s Irish Creme syrup .To live and have not tried new things is such a waste .

MemberI too have heard this b4, however one can not say enuf that it doesn’t hurt to make sure u have ur priorities straight.
Otherwise the little things take up too much of ur life, and u have to get rid of lots of pebbles (even more sand )to make room for one more rock. The version I read had this at the end : After the Professor had filled jar with rocks, pebbles and sand, a college student poured some beer in jar and said ; ” Remeber when u think ur life is full there is always room for a beer” lol

MemberMy favorite color would be Royal Blue. It accents my eyes and looks flashy on me. I wear other colors when I don’t want to be noticed . . . lol

MemberThats the first place a virus goes is to knock out the defense system ( In your case it happened to be Norton’s ) so it can’t be dectected, luckily u caught it in time .
