MemberWell, it doesn’t have to be at the same time…basically I wanna record the video. But when I do, it just shows up as a blackscreen. It has something to do with the video running on a different layer or somethin.

MemberI tried using Riverpast, and it records everything fine, except for things that play inside Windows Media Player and Winamp…how do I make it record videos playing in Media Players also?
lazyturbo
MemberWhat program(s) let you record the screen?…It still works if you put the movie to fullscreen, right?

Doesn’t make much sense to me, just give em a “Hey, what’s up?” and you’re done. No biggie.Yea, it kinda does show their personality, that’s why people put them on. And that’s kinda the same reason why people put on a “Display Name”. Imagine you had to chat with a person, just to see their display name on Trillian…I think that would really be a hassle.
Anyways, I think there ought to be a plugin for updating buddy icons. *hint hint*

Trillian does not work that way with MSN as suggested before you have to start a chat with your contact so his/her buddy icon update, anyway there is a plug in (if you are using trillian pro) created by a member at CS that will force trillian to update your MSN contacts buddy icons. What’s the name of the plugin?

MemberHmm…only worked for one of my users.
Trillian should update them whenever the person signs on…like on MSN Messenger.

MemberI’m using Trillian 3.0 and I’m having trouble connecting. I’ve tried ports 5222 and 5223 but still no luck. Sometimes it gives me a “*** Connection to server lost” or “*** ERROR: iq error 405“. I’m pretty sure I set everything up right. Tried both gmail.com and talk.google.com for my username. Please Help!!
And can you still make those PC-to-PC calls using Trillian?

MemberHmm…I’m using XP Home, but I guess I shouldnt do it if it’s complex. I’ll just hide the files so they probably won’t find them.
They’re just regular media files (songs and movies)…so I don’t want to encrypt them and/or password protect them, or else I won’t be able to play them in media players.
Thanks for the help anyways.

MemberHmm…I was kinda hopin for a larger one, but I’ll use it for now. Thanks.

MemberHow do I know if I installed the Mess.BE patch? I just installled it normally off the site. Does it come standard?
This problem isn’t only with MSN 7, it also does the same thing with MSN 6.2. I followed your instruction Sjoerd, but still it doesnt work 🙁
I’m also behind a router, if that has anything to do with it.
