Memberwhat’s the point of it? the way you’ve written this its seems as though your freaking out over an AIM account? if the problem is your being hacked which is highly unlikely its not being done through your AIM or MSN messengers. its as simple as that, deleting the account would do nothing if you were truely hacked cause they would just go activate it again if it is truely what they desired. if some one close to you is saying your being hacked thats usually the person doing it. think of people who have had access to your computer…. if you have roomates or friends using your computer they should be the first to watch or blame, if they claim to be getting hacked the same as you are just use your brain and think how those are only words…. there is no point in the whole wide freakin world to remove or destroy those accounts or programs… the first thing you need to do is breathe, look throught the people close to you or available to doing some thing.

Memberit could also be if your using a firewall of some kind like Norton internet security or the McAfee privacy firewall deal they have. this type of thing has happened to me before with yahoo messenger and eventually after doing every thing you’ve done i looked in my firewall stuff and it was .exe for yahoo was being blocked.

MemberIve been having the same problem when using the password verifying feature for aim check 4.0. it stops on connected. i would suggest going to the aimlabs website and posting the problem on their forum or send one of them at the website an email or instant message. i know they list way to reach them on the website.

Memberi had the same problem and checked my nortan internet security and it was blocked even though i never blocked it, so maybe check if its being blocked by a firewall of some kind? it ended up working after i fixed its access with the firewall on my computerr

Member“I know he did it this way” – i think your reasons for coming to bigblueball is because this person told you the way he was doing whatever it is he did, and you obviously dont want to accept what he’s saying or are having a hard time with it. so now your here looking for hope and answers to questions you’ve already had answered.

Memberim a little worried about your intentions, they seem to be sneaky and uncommon for the average person these days. i since deception, but to answer your question im almost positive you can delete the information. it cant be edited as far as im aware?

Memberfrom reading your statement it looks like theres deffinately a problem and the biggest problem is your friend doesnt know how to properly keep a computer in good health… because of the timeing of the computer crash with your mishap with a what did you call it? “hacker” you want to connect the two problems together when i doubt they are connected in any way shape or form. also you started your statement referring to “one person” as doing the hacking: “I am trying to help a friend that is having trouble with an ex. The ex’s new “friend” claims to be a hacker”. i work in law enforcement a long with my family for many years. this is my advice, dont go in to a police station with a statement like the one you’ve posted here. your case would go no where and more harm would happen to your family and friends from being put through a investigation and trial process. my first instinct is you’ve already taken your case to police and they’ve done nothing to help and can do nothing and wont put in the man hours and money to do any thing so your looking to get evidence or what ever there is to find by your self or with friends. take this in to consideration. i suggest forgetting about a few files that wont prove any thing considering your hacker could be 1 out of 28 billion people. start over, reinstall windows or your operating system and start fresh. starting fresh with a like new computer could be like starting fresh with a new life and forgetting the past which has troubled your life for how ever long it has…………
