I have use Y! since it is the only one I could find to traverse the NAT which I use to share broadband access among three computers if I need to use voice and video function.
It seems that my scenario is rare here otherwise Y! should be popular.![]()

Eyeball also claims to be interoperable. Is it also only for non-A/V stuffs?
Does any one happen to know how do those who developed these interoperable IM clients get to know the peer-to-peer voice/video conference protocols of AIM, MSN or Y!messenger?
Is it available for license or in public domain?
