First off, my appologies if this has been previously brought up and I missed it as I was scanning the posts…………

I had and older version of buddy spy, and worked great, never a problem. Had a puter crash and had to reinstall everything, now have the v 2.0.0, and can not get it to locate anyone as “online” every search returns as offline, even as I search myself. am I possibly missing a required file.
