MemberThere are a few programmes out there that do this. Ever been in a room and seen someone enter with a message like “bust-dat-room – entered room after 23 attempts” or similar? That is one such programme. What they do in fact is continuly try the room until a space opens up, and because the programme eliminates the “room is full” message they usually do get you in as soon as a space becomes available i.e someone else leaves. Problem is if everyone gets these programmes then eventually we’ll all be back to square one!

MemberSlightly off topic here, but I would suggest not using XP’s built in firewall at all. It is very selective and will not block Microsofts “big brother” tactics such sending reports to Microsoft of media files you have played recently on WMP. Best to use a 3rd party application. I personally use Zone Alarm, it’s free from http://www.zonelabs.com. It works fine with file sending on Yahoo Messenger.

MemberIt’s your profile but it’s still a yahoo webpage so I’m guessing that there is no way for you to tell unless yahoo adds this as a feature.
That counter is probably designed for use on your own personal website (if you have one).
I think faceparty and some other sites offer this feature on their user profile pages but I think you gotta pay for the service.
