Hi, I’ve noticed that the new version of AIM is signing me off when I leave my computer for too long ! I can’t find any information on it anywhere, but I’m used to leaving my away message on when I’m at work or whatever, and now I can’t do that, because the connection will be closed when I come home. All the conversation windows will still be there, but there will be no reconnect dialog or anything. I have DSL, so the connection there is no problem, and this has never happened with the older versions. I can’t find anything to change this in preferences either…it will stay connected when I’m sitting here doing something, but when I leave for a while (I’m not sure how long it takes) I’m always disconnected, never fails.
