I am having the same problem as Neko44. Please help! I enter my secondary SN and password and the box just hangs there. I too have to close it.

Thank you, Jon. What you suggested worked! The other person had a different version of AIM than me. Once they upgraded and I turned off my Norton firewall, it was all systems go.
