MemberHi
You are referring to the term “Shallow Depth of Field”, and its the type of photo I do love the most. Sometimes with some cameras this can be achieved with zooming in on the subject, often I use my macro settings and also zoom in.I tried that effect here » http://www.uniqueexposures.com/gallery/details.php?image_id=4234
Trying very hard to focus only on the leaf.Another attempt was with this chrysalis

I do have a photo sharing site called Unique Exposures, with a gallery to share photos, and also with a forum where we discuss these techniques. You are very invited!

MemberThe only setting I see for that is already checked.
Tools/Internet Options/ Advanced Tab
scrolling down to security, Empty Temporary Internet Files each time browser is closed.
Obviously that wasn’t happening.Kudo, what setting did you have?

MemberOk
I might have solved my own problem. And yes Jeff, you are right, often in the past, a reboot has fixed this issue.
I don’t know what made me think to clear my temporary internet files, but I did, cleared it, and that has automatically solved the trouble I was having.

MemberNacho, also you can find sites (affiliated with BBB here) to help dress up your MSN, too.

MemberMartin I get a
“Sorry – no matches. Please try some different terms.”For that link you posted.
I did a search for password recovery tools (and yes this does sometimes happen to people). The tools are out there to be found.
Here is just a few links:

MemberActually I downloaded the latest MSN today, and I am finding it very buggy as well.
I can’t open a conversation either.xerraire
Memberdetn8r, you are correct, once opened there was no way to stretch the window, the program was already not responding.
But what Jeff said had merit too, as remembering now the last time I talked to someone with that account, it often happens that the other closes their chat window before I do, and then MSN makes that skinny window and doesn’t respond. I have to control alt delete out of it. So, like you all have been saying, MSN remembered that size and likely the cause of the problem was that closing malfunction to begin with.
So, at my next chance, and remembering what Jeff said, I rushed to have a chat with someone else, and the chat window opened ok, and then I stretched it wide.
This then allowed me to chat with that initial same person I previously had problems with, on my own account finally without any issues.
So today, I could finally use my own account 🙂
If it continues I will keep you posted. Thanks EVERYONE for the kind help and suggestions!

MemberAs far as I know
I don’t have any plug ins. It’s the strangest thing, no matter how many other accounts I use on the same msn, its only that one!
A mystery….. 🙂
I will have to likely try the uninstall and reinstall…

MemberHi 🙂
I seem to always have issues that are “never seen before” 🙂
Ok, per your suggestion, my account was tested on another pc and it seemed fine.
Odd how on my pc another account was OK but not my own.
I have not yet trired to uninstall and reinstall yet, but one more day, and that will be the likely next step.
🙂Thanks for jumping in and trying to help!

MemberGee, I went to tools, options, privacy, I didn’t have an option to view who has added me.

MemberI was after you, Jeff. Maybe it was me who killed it.

MemberI’d like to add to what Jeff said if I may.
I also believe in God and His Word. In that, I believe in His omnipotence, His omnipresence, His omniscience and His sovereignty.
In conjunction with God’s sovereignty is man’s free will. Sovereignty and free will perhaps pose a problem for our limited minds.
He knows all, and yet we get to choose. How can that be. Perhaps along with what Jeff said, about the dimensions, is how a Higher Power can know all the variables, too.
You can take the road to the left, the middle, the right, you get to choose, yet God knows all the infinate variables of the choices. This is my belief.
