I have been able to fix this problem, but you need some computer knowledge. FIrst uninstall Yahoo. Then go into the registry and search for every reference to Yahoo and delete it. Then search for every reference of ypager and delete it. Then search for ymsgr and delete it. Then go into the file system and delete all references to Yahoo. Reboot the system then reinstall Yahoo and you should be all good.
