I should’ve said “new sub board”… as in, a board besides ‘Random Ramblings’.

This isn’t a bad idea at all. The ‘off topic’ forum is just as important and fun as the ‘on topic’ parts. So why not make it a little more organized?

Ok, I agree with creating a new forum.

What should it be called, and what group should it be in? Off-topic?

Computer Support, and I believe it should be in Off-Topics area. It best fits in there. I wouldn’t really create a whole new category for this, just a little forum where members could get some support. 🙂
