I keep mine tuned to google just because it’s quick loading, but if you’re looking for something with lots of info, try Yahoo or MSN, I also believe there’s a way that you can customize it if you’re logged in so that you can choose what information it shows.

If you dont care about your inbox, then no. But since the majority would like to know if they have a new message (why would we have email otherwise?) then its definetly a practical choice.

MemberI have the Google toolbar already, so stop recommending google ppl. :). I wouldn’t set it to my inbox, cuz I dont get many e-mails. And my messenger already notifies me if I do have new e-mails.
So anyways, does anyone have any more really good official homepages, instead of search engines and inboxes? Otherwise I’ll hafta stick with that Rogers Yahoo one from my ISP.

MemberVeoam The Best Home Page I guess can fulfill your needs. It has great utilities but simple look. Facilitates google search with search suggestions. It also provides links to most commonly used websites. Hope you will like it.

MemberA perfect home page should the one which is easy to navigate, loads quickly, contains only useful contents and a search engine.
Veoam, Google and Bing are good options. I would prefer http://www.veoam.com .This website is intentionally made to serve as a homepage. It contain links to frequently used websites like facebook, gmail etc. and other useful web links that could be of great use to users. The websites also includes search facility that gives google search results and also provides search suggestion or auto complete facility. So give it a try…
