So the final outcome is…. you can’t really find out who she is. You can get her IP address, but this is only one small piece of the equation. If she’s done something really bad, the police would be able to work with the ISP, and MAYBE go through their logs and track it down. But it’s not something you can do yourself.

isn’t 127.0.1 the IP address that loops back to your own computer? so, if your IP is 127.0.1, wouldn’t that mean that you are SITTING AT MY COMPUTER!!!!! Also, you should be sitting at every computer that is connected to the internet (or at least all of them that use this IP for this purpose).
