hi pple,
i read thru the problems and solutions posted here and i have a problem of my own which i hope i get a solution to.
i encounter all d problems faced by lissa2031 and i used Y!tunnel, Stayalive but nothing works.
i know this guy has multiple ids but most of d time boots with his original id (hes on my iggylist).
he sometimes floods me or boots me just like that even though i mind my own business.
can nebody help?
If you are using ytunnel, then flood types of boots shouldn’t be working on you, i would enable the activity logger and u could see every time someone tried to boot you. With ytunnel anytime i was booted, a window would just pop up telling me messenger had to close, and i never ever got flooded. People can secretly add you and see every time you are online, if you keep getting booted, use Invisble mode.

The only reason Yahoo doesn’t like Ytunnel is simple, it blocks ads, and also takes care of some of the problems that Yahoo doesn’t fix on time, nor are not willing to fix at all.
Ytunnel does not disrupt the web services pertaining to the chat environment chat so it is not illegal to use it. There are a number of add on programs that are used for numbers of programs and are legal as long as they do not disrupt the programs service. At one time Ytunnel was listed in Yahoo directories and no ad gets there without their consents. Yahoo is only jealous.
Your comments about open ports is moot. I’m wondering how many people have cracked versions of Ytunnel and have not gotten Ytunnel from the official site? I’m guesstimated tons. The opened ports are used for redirections services and sits between messenger and you, sort of like a proxy but not quite since there is no centralized server involved in the equation. Ytunnel is also not a trojan horse and does not retrieve information from your system. There are so many people whom go by what others are saying without learning for themselves. Network 101 is in dire need with a lot of people. It amazes me the lack of knowledge about programs and how the internet works falls short with people.
Chet uses boots for testing out his program but he does not include boots in Ytunnel. That last sentence made me laugh. Your claims on Chet being an extortionistis moot also. You are not held against your will to purchase his program, there is a free version at his site.
My answer is this hacking progs for yahoo messenger. Lamers taking the cowards way out. Or fools just trying to start riots and bother. best thing to do is this start an advertsing campaign against yahoo that should get them concerned
Another thing i was in a room and found that when people launch bootcodes is acts like a flooder thats why the servers get crowded by flooding

or invite ur booter to send u a email to ur ymail id then:-
log into your Yahoo! mail with your username and password.
Click on Inbox or whichever folder you have stored your mail.

I don’t know if inviting a booter to write your e-mail account is really that wise of an idea. Perhaps it will work…but the guy is going to have your e-mail….which is even worse!
