OK, well my new account is not associated to old ones, I made new ID on hotmail with new password without any connections to old accounts which I deleted, I have only 3-4 of my old contacts on it which were added manual after I made new account, but I don’t mind that and it was working fine since yesterday but then today in the middle of long conversation I showed offline and then back online after few moments so that could be server I guess?
Yes – if it was OK yesterday and just went on the fritz out of the blue today it is likely a server side issue. It will probably resolve on it’s own if you give it a little time.
Thank you 🙂 Now you’ll call me a pest lol but I have another problem on my WLM on Blackberry Curve, it shows me online and my contact online but I don’t receive his messages when he sends them and when I sign out and back in I can receive messages normal (but don’t get any of those he sent before). Can you help me with that or that’s another server side issue? It happened with old account too.
I don’t do a lot of mobile messaging to be quite honest. But let’s narrow it down a little if we can.
I could go into a long description of how multiple sign in works with mobile at the moment but I’ll spare you. Can you tell me do you have WLM on most of the time on the Blackberry, and if so, do you also sign in on a computer without disconnecting from the Blackberry?
Yup I have it on most of the time on the Blackberry but when I sign in on my computer it signs off from BBerry, no need to be signed in at 2 places at same time, that would be really to much even for me.
I’m wondering if the problem happens after you’ve signed out from Blackberry, in on computer, then back onto Blackberry. It sounds like maybe you need to actually shut down WLM mobile and restart it after being on the computer.
I might suggest posting some of the details over in the Blackberry forum here on BBB and seeing if someone else who uses one may have experienced the same issue.
Have you been able to narrow down at all when it happens? After turning on the BB? After being on WLM on the computer? Or perhaps after running some other application?
No, it just happens for example I left it on BBerry during night and someone sent me IM in the morning and nothing came then on other situation it happens during convo just like that it stops receiving IM and they don’t bounce back to the contact either and they receive mine without problems. I’ll try posting on BBerry forum, thank you so much for your help 🙂
You are most very welcome! I’m sorry I don’t have more ideas for you. But, I’m sure someone over in the BB forum can give you some better insight.
