MemberThe default Kazaa download folder is labeled “My Shared Folder”. This folder is located here: C:Program FilesKazzaMy Shared Folder
If you have the Kazaa open, then all you have to do is click the My Media tab and go to the appropriate category and you’ll find it there.

MemberNo problem! We are all new at one time or another. Here is what to do:
1.) Open Kazaa if not already open.
2.) Click the MY KAZAA tab that you see below in the picture.

3.) Click the appropriate folder, which is the type of file you download. (i.e I download a song, it would be under Music folder.) Shown at the picture below.

Does this help?

It means the file is not on your hard drive.
It was never saved or is not yet completed.

MemberQuote:quote: my music from kazaa goes in shared folder on my desk top thats when i can get a song downloaded!!!!!!!!!!!lolSo does everybody else’s. so why ‘lol’?
Actually the incomplete files are also in the shared folder, and while they can be played by Kazaa’s player, no other mp3 player will recognise them until completed.

MemberPlease refrain from using all caps, since it is the equivalent of SHOUTING something.
As for your question, could you please include some additional information about the problem, like your ISP and connection setup such as a router, or any other information that you think could be useful. -
