Ok, I’ve been looking into this problem. There is a known bug in vBulletin that it has a problem with a parent div using relative positioning (as the WRAP div does). They know about it and have flagged it for fixing in the “future.”
So it’s up to me to come up with a workaround in the meantime. I tried removed the wrap div as Doris suggested, but this removed the border and introduced an alignment problem in the header.
I also did some testing. The amount of “offset” for the menus depends on the resolution of your browser window. To demonstrate this, try resizing your browser window so that the BBB content area just fits width-wise. Try the menus. You’ll see that they look (almost) perfect. I’ve attached a couple screenshots to demonstrate.
I’m still looking into it, and will hopefully find a solution soon.
UPDATE: I think I’ve got it fixed. Removing the “relative” positioning for the div seems to have fixed it. Please let me know if you discover any problems.
