Well then if AOL has no problem with people creating images that are not created by them, then Jeff should have no problem using the same image he had, right?!
Jeff, even though I love that image, on the shirt, dont you think that if you used it, it may offend some AIM users, or even cause AOL to try to sue you for something else?
April 27, 2003 at 6:39 am #97018Jeff HesterKeymasterC’mon… you don’t seriously think I’d use that image for my navigation, do you? But I did nearly bust a gut laughing when I saw it the first time. 🙂
April 27, 2003 at 7:01 am #97039DavidParticipantI don’t know the law, but is it copyrighted if you reverse it, like a mirror image (as long as its not a mirror of the original, but one designed by someone)?
April 27, 2003 at 7:55 am #97043thunderbuckMemberHow about Happy Running Blob? Brings the look and feel of the original, but with the pleasant and joyful expression of an individual on his/her way to connect with others in this wonderful place we call the BigBlueBall.
NOW, WITH A FRIEND!

My other thought and I have not had any time to do this but if someone would be creative to target with an A in the middle. Kind of a military feel but that is what came to mind when I simply said the word aim.April 28, 2003 at 7:28 pm #97029FaizanMemberWhat about this?

I think that one suits perfectly Jeff, but won’t that icon be copyrighted too? 😉
May 6, 2003 at 1:00 am #97014Jeff HesterKeymasterProbably. I’m thinking I might just ask them to rethink the whole thing. I mean, seriously… the question mark just looks plain stupid.
