Well then if AOL has no problem with people creating images that are not created by them, then Jeff should have no problem using the same image he had, right?!
Jeff, even though I love that image, on the shirt, dont you think that if you used it, it may offend some AIM users, or even cause AOL to try to sue you for something else?
C’mon… you don’t seriously think I’d use that image for my navigation, do you? But I did nearly bust a gut laughing when I saw it the first time. 🙂
I don’t know the law, but is it copyrighted if you reverse it, like a mirror image (as long as its not a mirror of the original, but one designed by someone)?
How about Happy Running Blob? Brings the look and feel of the original, but with the pleasant and joyful expression of an individual on his/her way to connect with others in this wonderful place we call the BigBlueBall.
