ParticipantJust finished watching Vice. Depending on your mood when you watch it I guess, it can be a pretty decent movie for a Saturday night. The reviews don’t make it to be a mind blower, but it’s worth a watch, none the less.

MemberWatched Jumper and Eagle Eye yesterday. Both were okay for action but weak in the acting department.

ModeratorI just watched Batman Begins, again directed by Christopher Nolan, and it’s such a smooth segue into The Dark Knight. The Nolan flicks are the cream of the Batman series.

What, is no one else watching movies or do I just have too much free time on my hands?
No, I love love love love love watching movies just sadly haven’t gotten a chance to watch much but I’m back at it again – just haven’t posted about them either.
Since I’m trying to catch up movies I’ve recently just watched are: The Dark Knight, Eagle Eye, Wanted, The House Bunny, I’ll Always Know What You Did Last Summer, 21, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Joy Ride 2, Prom Night, Doomsday 2012, Iron Man, Get Smart, Run Fatboy Run, Stuck, Hancock, Death Race, Lakeview Terrace, and that’s about all I can remember at the moment.
So see Tom, you are definitely not alone.

MemberHoly crap! That’s a lot of movies, Nessa!!!
I saw Wall-E last night. Great CGI and a very sweet (if not light) story.
Worth a watch.

ModeratorI bought the Wall-E DVD and will probably watch it tonight (New Year’s Eve) while everybody else is partying. I’ve read some rave reviews about this movie, so looking forward to it.

ParticipantWhile I’ve watched tons more movies in between last time I posted and now – I must mention I saw Fast and Furious yesterday. I won’t comment any further than that unless asked. 🙂

But I’ll watch anything with Michelle Rodriguez in it 🙂

ParticipantI just saw Big Fish and it’s really, really good! I know that it’s a few years old, but was an enjoyable film for me and the kiddos. (teenage boys). Tim Burton directed it. This is a story about a son trying to learn more about his dying father by reliving stories and myths his father told him about himself.
Good, good, good!

And Philip – I won’t spoil the movie but you’ll be disappointed.
