David, if you don’t want users to have the need to sign on a secondary screen-name, I wrote a usercontrol to use AOL’s new AIMPresence feature. Shows if the user is online, offline, away, idle, and 1way or 2way mobile. Doesn’t rate like it would if you signed on a bot also 😉

its at the top of that page, its open source so you dont have to include any ocx’s (well, except winsock :X)
