I am also facing same problem getting no email alerts, the funny thing is when I log in with my 2nd a/c the email alerts work fine, but if I sign in with my old a/c they dont work,

I have got 2 replies from MSN support (do they really support) Team, stating they are lookin in to the matter,
I thought I was the only one gettin the problem, but it is nice to see many people with me
