Thank you for your reply.The others do not have this problem at all.The strange thins is SKYPE which is a messenger but Ymessenger and MSN not.

I understand you have (three) other computers in there. Does MSN Messenger and Yahoo work fine at the others?
If they are also having problems it most likely is something within your router. A hardware reset or upgrading to the latest router firmware might fix it. It is also important that UPnP is turned on.
If you didn’t get it to work or have problems doing the steps above please tell us where you get stucked and what model of router you have.Thanks for your email.Actually we are four people and live in an appartement and have a router and each of us has connected via a wireless network card.
How can I check if there is any a firewall?Or if it is active?
