hmm that’s a windows file insert your disk (windows xp pro) and redo it make sure on the options you repair and not formatt otherwise you will be sol and no files left at all… this puts all of your windows files back on immedialtely do a adware spyware virus scan and you should be ok
Yeah the same thing happned to me but with xp after I formatted my hardrive..plug and play is what I had to use.
I have tried calling them so many times it aint funny they keep puttin’ me on hold:mad: ………………they suckkkk $50.00 a month for it I should be gettin way higher transfer rates but I might do somethin else like call em again and again and again until I get on there nervs enough that there not gonna do that I was thinkin that they may have me on the wrong pakage ya know like they offer slower net cheaper im paying for the fastest they provide heh:P well thanks for the replies
bots are anoying people might want in a room but if somebody has 200 bots logged in on it they can’t because of one person it’s ignorant and they will just get banned anyways so it’s time wasted I used to do that made booters etc. I dont know that’s behind me I do legal stuff now lol… but bots suck just remember that when you want in a chat room and it is full… or you are gettin’ pm bombed lagged etc.
Yeah it shows me on a 12Mbps. internet cpnnection through the network though it still should be getting higher speeds right?
i even went outside and checked made sure it was in good it wasn’t plugged it in better redid the wiring junk and it is still way below what it shoud be =(
Thank you all for helping me sooo much:) im not on a router though I have a regular modem pcx2500 and I went to start>control panel>network and internet connections>network connections and therers a lan 12mbps. here is what I was using it was going to 200 and it is supposed to go to 500 http://www.earthweb-connect.com/connection_tester.htm thanks again for all the help. and I went to another test it said the same thing and gave me this afterwards your network settings may be inaccurately configured paket size may be non-optimum :confused:
yeah I tried calling them they put me on hold every time but i’m going to give all the info I know that I can give about this my connection is a LAN I have ran various download speed test bandwidth test they all say 60 kbps and that sucks for a 12mbps connection it really does my aunt has the same thing and her download speed showed I think 500kbps. so now can somebody please help me. and thanks for the replies.
I had a problem simular to that one about a month ago I made a command to delaylsass.exe and created a shutdown wanring of 9999 seconds (maximum) so I did that plugged back in to the net it still shut down frustrated I rebooted with the windows disk booted to it. and completely formatted it and it perminently ended the prob:P lol I used FAT32.(quick) and it worked good hope that was some help to you…in any way
