Well everything I have ever heard from people who live to view webcams, and I am not one such as they but merely have followed some discussions, there is no such thing as a program to view a cam “without” permission. There have been many advertised as having this capability but all have been frauds. I suppose I will follow the advice about checking edonkey just out of curiosity but don’t expect to find anything that works. I am trying to imagine how a piece of software would bypass a cam set to require permission for every viewer?
